All our products are available exclusively on our website. Our items may be available for a limited time and/or have limited quantities. Once the available quantity of a product has expired, we strive to post it on our website. When a product will be available again soon, we will notify you via our website and/or our social networks.

All promo codes are applicable on regular priced items only and cannot be combined with other promo codes unless otherwise noted. To use your promo code, simply enter it in the space provided for this purpose during the validation of your order and it will be automatically applied to your purchase. If you buy an item at regular price and an item at a discount, the promo code will only be applied to the item at regular price. They are valid for an indefinite period, unless otherwise stated.

Returns

Any products purchased from our online store is refundable or exchangeable within 30 days of the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original receipt. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the product must not have been worn or washed and must be in the same condition as that in which it was received.

Gift cards and shipping fees are non-refundable. In addition, only regular priced products can be exchanged or refunded.

When a product is returned to us, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the product, an email will be sent to you. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If we approve your request, we will proceed with the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. The total amount will be refunded to you, with the exception of delivery charges.

Refunds not received

If you have not received the refund in 10 business days after receiving your confirmation by email, please contact us at info@wesavepets.ca.

Exchange

We accept exchanges only if the product is returned to us in its original condition. It must not have been worn or washed. You have 30 days after receiving the product to make an exchange. The delivery price you paid to return the product is not covered or refundable, but we will pay the delivery fee to return it to you (standard delivery only). Availability of items and delivery times

A delay of approximately one to three business days must be allocated to the processing of orders for items in stock, to which must be added a delivery time depending on your place of residence. We are not responsible for failure to meet these deadlines. If a product is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs

Delivery costs cover the cost of preparation and packaging, plus postage. They are based on your delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of your order, before taxes. We offer free shipping for orders over $100 across Canada and the United States. If you buy a bandana only, you can get shipping for $3,50 across Canada. Please note that customs fees may apply for international deliveries.

To follow your order, you can go to the Canada Post website. Just enter the tracking number from your confirmation email (this could be in your spam). You can also use the order number on your electronic receipt.

If the tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you did not received it, we recommend that you contact your local post office to file a claim.

We are not responsible for the potential damages or loss of orders caused by the transport of these. Unfortunately, once your order leaves our office, we are no longer responsible.
